DCI’s engineers utilize a proprietary software package to model the performance of the die casting process prior to building the tools. This allows them to do much of the process development while the tools are under construction and improves first shot success while reducing the launch time for new products.
Our manufacturing technicians are able to use this software to continuously monitor the critical process parameters during production and compare them with the model. This enables them to reduce variation in the process and assure our customers of consistent product quality.
